The fit has REALLY hit the shan now! Are our heroes doomed? Maybe! But…what’s that on the horizon..? :O
Been busy as usual…trying to ship out the first orders of buttons. I’m so happy people like them! I actually ran out of buttons partway through orders, so I’m going to make some more later this week/early next and ship everything out in one big lump.
As I said last week, I will be at PAX Prime this coming weekend! I’ll be sure to draw some fun con comics, as I’ll actually have time (!!) to draw. Anime Evolution was so difficult to get anything out of, as there was literally not a second that I wasn’t up to my ears in work. If anyone wants to swing by and say hi, lemme know! DM/@ me on Twitter (I’m the newly-unprivatized Cadistra), and I’ll try my best to get back to you. I’ll be on the free wifi with my phone, so I’m hoping it won’t bug out like last year. :/

Kissless isn’t quite herself, what with her speaking for a holy being (?). I mean, I guess they kind of had it coming — what, being cultists and all, but still…da-yum.
Thanks again for waiting, everyone. The comic is back and ready to go. My designer just contacted me today, so we’re going to have a conference call to see how things are going. The site is going places! Wacky! :O
Cheers also for everyone’s help with donations. I know everyone’s sick of me saying this, but it takes so much stress off of everything to have everyone’s kind donations helping out with hosting, helping to pay for the site redesign, and the slew of computer equipment that has decided to start breaking down… -_- (First RAM, then Cintiq pen, then keyboard). As I’ve said before, if you can toss a couple o’ bucks into the pot, it will be more than appreciated. ^_^ I’m pondering the idea of sending out sketch cards of either Cadi, Kiss, or Kama (or maybe your WoW toon..?) in return for slightly more sizable donations. I dunno. My art ain’t worth that much…. XD
Anyways, I hope you’ll all like where the story is going! I have the next page sketched out, and things are getting intense!

Looks like all is forgiven. Cadistra isn’t a difficult person to get along with….right?
Well, this has been an eventful week for the WoW universe with all of those class changes, eh? Personally, I’m excited about the Druid changes. As a raiding feral druid, if I can’t used Shred, then there goes a good chunk of my DPS. For those who don’t know, the big hangup with Shred is that you must be directly behind your target. Now, if you’re a DPS player worth your salt, then you’ll always be behind your target. Not-so-good points: it’s useless if you’re soloing, and what about if the tank loses aggro? I’ve been in fights where the target is constantly moving around. Long story short, I can’t always depend on a stationary target, and I’d like something other than Shred. Also, Shroomkin? Very cute. As for our poor leafy friends, well, I never played as a Resto druid, but I can sympathize with those who are upset. Frankly, I’d take my Tauren caster form over being a tree, but that’s just me. You can read a nice review of the druid changes right here.
In other news!
-A local friend-of-a-friend named Erica is setting up a funding drive for a really cool idea called the Rapunzel Project. The Rapunzel Project is her own branding of a charity called ‘Balding For Dollars;’ a cancer treatment and fundraiser for our own BC Children’s Hospital. Erica is setting a wonderfully brave example by shaving all of her long, luxurious hair off in order to make wigs for children undergoing cancer treatment. If she’s not a brave woman, and if that ain’t a great cause, then there is nothing sacred left in this world. Why don’t you stop by to see how she’s doing, or maybe drop a few dollars to help out those brave little guys? I’m sure they’d appreciate it! Best of luck, Erica!

-Hey, remember right before I got my wrist surgery in January, I was frantically trying to get a submission done for some Blizzard Holiday fanart contest or something? Well, much to my surprise, I got an honorable mention! What does this mean? It means that my ‘painting’ (I’m not a very good painter; I have a LOT to learn) will be printed in the Official Blizzard 2011 World of Warcraft calendar! I am pretty darned stoked, you guys! For realz!
-If you’re a podcast-y type person, you may have heard me screech and rant away on the late March episode of the Polygamerous podcast, where I was but a mere guest. Well, thanks to a certain someone twisting my arm (but in a good way!), I will now be the official fourth chair co-host of Polygamerous! Swing on by every Monday night at 8pm PST and hear me rant and rave about other things within the gaming industry! See you all then!
-On Saturday, I finished a little project I had been wanting to do for awhile and I designed my very own t-shirt! It’s not WoW-related, but of a joke I came up with a few years back. Why not swing on by and vote, hmm?

These next few comics are going to be a little more ‘action-y.’ This is a dicey situation our heroes have gotten into, but the question remains – which form will Cadistra choose and why?
I guess a few things to plug…
-New post by Glaivecow – ‘There Are No Stupid Questions’. People, if you don’t know a fight, don’t be ashamed to ask!
-Clay Levering of Twitter has started an epic movement that certainly doesn’t come up short! (Sorry! I couldn’t resist!) Ladies and gentlemen – are you a member of the Alliance? Do you want to help their allies of short stature retake their fabled and irradiated city? Then why not swing by and join the Gnomeregan Offensive? You can stop by here to pick up a propaganda motivational poster for your helpful Alliance hero. Homeward bound!
-A couple weeks back, I got one o’ those fancy Formspring thingies! Got a burning question to ask? Feel free! Please note that any questions of an…unsavory nature will be deleted. Also, I will drink your milkshake.
Finally…
As I’m sure those on Twitter know, I recently inducted a new member into the WoW Eh? family. Ladies and gentlemen, presenting…
Alfrado!
I adopted Alfrado (pronounced ‘Alfredo;’ the misspelling is intentional) after my friend went to school and couldn’t keep him anymore. I was happy that I could alleviate her fears about giving him to a complete stranger, and I’m thrilled that I finally have a companion who can greet me when I come home. ^_^ I haven’t even had him for a week, but he’s brought me so much joy. He is, as I say, my ‘big lump of love.’ He’s a big male cat, approximately 4-5 years old, and measuring in …at least 10-11 lbs. If you look closely, he has one blue eye and one amber eye. He’s super chillax, cuddly, and pretty much stays out of trouble. He was originally a shelter cat, and my friend adopted him, so I don’t know much else about his history. I grew up with large dogs, so single-handedly raising a cat is…well, different, but I love every minute of it.
He’s already taken to keeping me company when online, and I’m sure my guild will see more of ‘asdefjkane’ as he lumbers along my keyboard. ^_^;

Hardly the most exciting thing to ever happen, but hey, it’s a personal milestone. ^_^
Last night, with the most generous help of Chibikeni (@Kenichan), I FINALLY DINGED 68! A big thank you to everyone who has helped me get this far…I appreciate the company more than you know!
Also – Flight form FTW! Tons of fun, although it’s very, very slow… ^_^;; But hey, not only is it awesome, but I consider it to be my ‘anti-gank’ escape method…insta-cast flight form is made of win in so many ways.
See you all in Northrend! ♥
How do I start the epic flight form quest chain..?
~Kelly
EDIT: Whoops! Sorry! Forgot to post this…a reader, ‘Keyra,’ sent in a small ‘wallpaper’ of the last panel of last week’s comic. Thank you!
Today I’m previewing the Tauren Druid and the Draenei Paladin. Sorry again for the poor quality. ^_^;
More to come as I finish them!
