So, I have something to confess. A weakness, if I may.
I don’t like confessing things. I am very proud (yes, I admit it) and don’t like asking for help.
Now, that being said, here’s the skinny: next Thursday, on January 21st, I am going to have surgery on my left wrist. I am left-handed. Bearing that, I will be in a cast for about a week, followed by an undetermined recovery time (unless I am forced/ordered to otherwise, I’ll hopefully be drawing the minute I get my cast off >_>;;). As you would imagine, there’s a lot to do before next Thursday:
-3 additional pages of Byron, as ordered by the benevolent WoW.com (1/3 done!)
-The completely finished product for the Blizzard Calendar Art contest due February 8th
-…Well, my full-time job, which is crazy-busy.
I tried…believe me, I tried to get some extra WoW Eh’s done, as I felt horrible at the idea of having to take another break right after Christmas. You guys have waited long enough, and I really feel like I’m letting you guys down by having to take another small break. I’m going to try my darndest to have a page done for this weekend as well.
So, here’s my proposition – if you want, and I stress – IF YOU WANT – feel free to send in a guest comic. If you want to wait 2 weeks until I’m all better, then that’s cool. If you want a chance to draw a comic with the girls, then by all means. I’m just voicing an option for you, so the ball is in your guys’ court now. Any comics I [may] receive can be about whatever you want, just please, nothing vulgur, pornographic, etc, etc. You know the drill. :p
Again, I offer my deepest and humblest apologies. I thank you all who have wished me well, but while you all have supported me, I feel like I’ve let you guys down with my horribly choppy schedule.

May i speak out for everyone and say YOUR health and well-being is more important to us than a comic on schedule. I don’t think we yell at you and grab our torches when a comic is late. (Do we?)
Everyone can use a break sometime, and I understand that and hope you enjoy your small break.
Cadi, you’re the one needing surgery… don’t you worry about us. As great as WoW, Eh? is I’m sure no one is going to suffer anything even remotely on par with surgery and a cast from not having new comics for a little bit.
You take care of yourself. And remember, your friend and fans are pulling for a safe operation and a speedy and complete recovery
Ah, were all aware of the importance of personal health, were not gonna skin you alive for it… Now i’m gonna go nuts on designing a comic strip. You have unleashed a monster!

Like everyone says: your health is much more important to us then an update.
We love the comic of course, but we wouldn’t want you to stress over it. Just take your time with the updates, we’ll just wait
As the saying goes: “better things done with heart and slow, then stressfull and empty”
… well it’s a dutch saying, so it sounds better in dutch ^^;
Please do not worry about us dear. You are far more important to us than any webcomic, however awesome it is. ;-9 Please take the time you need to recover fully and do not stress your wrist trying to rush the recovery. Those of us who love and respect your work will be here waiting when you are able to continue, and we will be more than happy to wait while you take care of yourself.

Frankly, as far as work goes, I’m more concerned about WOW.com and your full-time job, but if THEY are ok with you taking a break, which they should, because surgery is a valid reason, then there’s not reason why we shouldn’t be.
That said, I hope everything goes nice and clean and you can return to doing what you love soon. : )
you haven’t let us down at all! in fact, quite the opposite as we’ve all enjoyed reading and laughing along with Cad and Kissless. Rest up, get well, and focus on real life things!
I’m actually not taking a break…that’s why I’m getting all these comics done early.
Don’t feel bad at all. You’re living the dream… suffering for your art. That is the quintessential artists dream, isn’t it?
Don’t stress that wrist out too much after the cast is off. Maybe get some rehabilitation therapy on it, perhaps some physio or something. It will help get the strength back and should lead to a better recovery.
I’ve only been following your stuff for a short while, and it’s worth the wait.
Everyone has said it once, and Komenja gonna say it too: We don’t care about waiting for the next comic, we care about YOU!
Hope that surgery goes well and the recovering is bothersome for ya! Komenja wishes he could make a comic to help, but I suck at drawing. Unless you’d be willing to accept stick figures

I am a big fan of your work, but this is my first time commenting.
Even though it was said multiple times, I have to say it as well; please focus on your health, and please don’t worry too much, we won’t suffer from the lack of comic, of course we love your work but I assure you that we will suffer if anything bad happens to you, so I implore you to just worry about your wrist and don’t try to stress it.
As has been stated, don’t push yourself too hard or overload yourself. Your health and work commitments are first priority. Rest assured that your fans will still be here when you are feeling better.
I don’t mind waiting seeing as you’re one of the few web comic artisits who actully say why there are delays.
But it’s cool that we get to see something while waitin’!

Doctors, they need to l2p, darn it. I too have to struggle with them, have been doing so for years and it doesn't make my lungs any better. I do hope the doctor sees the light when you have your 'interview' and will plan a date for surgery.
I'll see if I find the time to whip a guest comic or art up, just for you as I really love reading your comic. You deserve sum luvin'

WoWeh is your hobby and you’re doing us a great favor by sharing it with the peoples. By no means are you OBLIGATED to do this work for the public. Its not like you have a contract with us like you would over at wow.com or the comic book. Everybody here understands you’re going through rough times and with this economy, just about all of us are too. We all understand.
