Hey everyone! I have a neato announcement!
As of…last night, I was given the immense honor of being ‘hired’ (and I use the term loosely) to be on the writing team of Nourish!, the Azerothian Menu. I have no idea what I’ll be doing as of yet, but I hope to bring my own personal take and experience on health, cooking, nutrition and exercise to this blog.
See you all in the kitchen!

Who is that unseen foe in the bushes? A demon? A spy? Brigwyn? Stay tuned next week – same cow time, same cow channel! For the record, Cadistra is a very patient and kind person…she, like anyone, has her limits, though. Anyways, I’d like to see you be kind and chartitable in 45 degree weather. XD
Just a reminder as well – if you want your prints to go out in the first batch, make sure you place your order by this Friday/early Saturday, as I will be printing and shipping them.
Now, for news from the WoW blog-o-sphere! (Do people still call it that?)
-There are a couple of delicious-looking recipes up at Nourish!, the WoW-themed food and nutrition blog! Make sure you swing by and sample some of that good eatin’!
-Jezriyah had a great post on her blog, When Enraged, talking about the tenuous ‘treaty’ between the Alliance and the Horde. What will it take for Thrall to put a stop to Garrosh’s unsavoury attitude? Is King Varian really just a war-monger looking for an excuse to fight, and, if so, just how far will he go? I highly recommend checking this out.
In other site news…
-Fanart section updated.
-Two new links added to the WoW blogroll:
-Stabalized Effort Scope, aka ‘The Realm of the Raging Blueberry’, by Rilgon
-Aspect of the Hare by Pikestaff
Both are very nice people with very nice hunter blogs. Why are there so many hunter bloggers? Did I miss something? lol…
And…that’s about it.
I’m getting very busy with personal projects, so in about two weeks, there will either be no comic, or a very ‘light’ one I had planned. Depends on the schedule, really. *shrug*

PS – I made a LOL!
Now you Alliance folk can’t say I never do anything for you…
Welcome to the grand opening of World of Warcraft, Eh?’s first store!
So, pretty much anyone who has been following my exploits for the last couple of months know that I poured my blood, sweat and tears into a set of ten prints for the already-past Anime Evolution convention in mid-June. The idea of the print set was to do all ten classes, each one being one of the ten races. The ones I did were:
-Tauren Druid (f)
-Troll Shaman (m)
-Gnome Death Knight (f)
-Draenei Paladin (f)
-Dwarf Hunter (m)
-Human Priest (f)
-Forsaken Warlock (m)
-Blood Elf Mage (f)
-Night Elf Rogue (m)
-Orc Warrior (f)
Now, if anyone…has been following my exploits, then you all know that in my incredible, unforgivable stupidity, I drew each print at 72 dpi. For those of you who don’t speak ‘digital art,’ it basically means the image quality is…less than perfect, and that I’m a huge fucking idiot.
I was really tired and stressed, okay? ;__;
Now, over the last little while, and with the wonderful help and tech support of Kissless, I have tried my very best, and salvaged the prints. They’re all at 300 dpi, but they will physically measure at about 6″x8″.
I’ve wrangled with even wanting to sell these, but…hey. Thought I’d try. ^_^ It is my solemn vow that I would NEVER try to sell off ‘faulty wares.’ If you are unsatisified with the prints, please contact me personally at kelly[at]woweh[dot]com and we can organize a return and refund.
Thanks for your support and patience, everyone! And, don’t worry – any other prints I do in the future (and yes, I have a few ideas) will all be at LEAST 150-200 dpi.

Well gee, Kissless looks mighty proud of herself. Really, she’s not insane…just…goes about things a little differently than most people. Also, for the record, the actual Kissless IS dual-specced Holy.
So! I had a pretty exciting week (well, exciting for me) in Wow…not only am I now a Grand Master Cook, a more well-rounded PvPer than our guild’s rogue (and this comes from the pacifist, PvP-hating druid. I got the achievements [Make Love, Not Warcraft] and [That Takes Class!] over the weekend. Warmaul Hill was a bloodbath. >:D), but apparently also an Exhalted Servant of the Mag’har! Not only did I get the [Mag'har of Draenor] achievement, but I went out and bought FIVE talbuks! …Probably not the most financially sound thing to do, but hey! I got the [White War Talbuk], then a regular silver, tan and colbat one. They’re so pretty! I was squealing like a little girl on Christmas morning.
I also need to give a HUGE thank you to Kissless, Chabena, Chibikeni, and new-comer Lathanos for helping me grind the rep. It was a long, arguous process, but now I’m done. And yes, Chabena – I’m finally coming to Northred. ;3
On that note, Chabena, our guild’s only rogue, hit level 80 yesterday! Way to go, Chab!
A couple of us also had fun and decided to run the 5-man Magister’s Terrace. Now that I’ve not only seen good ol’ KT in-game, but I heard the ‘just a setback’ remark, so I think I can die happy now. XD Honestly, it was really fun, and really interesting. I doubt I’ll ever be good enough to do the actual Sunwell Plateau, but hey. Aveena’s a tool, anyways. =/
Some small site updates as well – with Kissless’ help, we got the Fanart section up and running! Fanart makes me a happy cow, so if you’ve got anything, send it in! Oh, and speaking of Kissless, don’t forget to stop by her comic, The Threat Within (as usual, to all newcomers, it is NOT WoW-related).Also, I added a bit of necessary legalese to the About the Author section. Just the usual ‘I don’t own this, Blizzard does, blah blah blah.’
Stay tuned, because something neat is about to happen…!

Panel 3 actually did happen to me. I suppose the advantage to playing a female tauren (on my server, anyways) is the fact that I never get hit on. Only twice, in almost fifteen months of gameplay, have I been ‘accosted.’ Yeah….weird guy at the Crossroads. That was a smidge awkward. =/
Also, for the record, Kissless and Cadistra do not live together – Kissless just invites herself in whenever she pleases. :3
Sorry about the colouring job on this one….for some reason, it just didn’t turn out.
Stay tuned in the next week or so – there’s ANOTHER new feature being added to the site! I just have some last minute preperations…. :3
[Ice Cold Milk], Anyone?

Hey guys,
I just wanted to make an announcement regarding commission work, specifically related to BlizzCon badges.
Now that Anime Evolution – and that massive dump of work related to it – is over, I’ve found myself exhausted and very much burnt out on the commission front. I have some private work to do for a few people that I promised months ago – these people have waited long enough, and I intend to get that started. BlizzCon is only a handful of weeks away, and, not to complain or sound selfish, but I’m only going to be doing a few for some close friends. If I manage to get any extra slots open, I’ll gladly announce it.
I adore doing all this work for everyone, but please understand that I’m just one person, and that I already have enough on my plate. I have enough draining deadlines at work, and I really honestly don’t feel like taking any more on.
Hopefully next year, when I’m not run like a pack mule, I’ll be in a better position to do more work. I will still announce when I open up character commissions and the like, and so forth and so forth. For the first time in a long time, I just want to live, relax, play the game, and rest a bit.
Thanks for your understanding, guys.

So, if you follow me on Twitter, you already know that I hit a great personal milestone last night – Cadistra the Tauren Druid is now Level 70!
By everyone’s else’s standards, I took way too long to get there, but, well, welcome to the world of the casual player. Between a draining full-time job, the comic/site, any commission work, keeping fit, and seeing friends (every now and then), it’s actually very difficult for me to find time to play. That makes me a very sad cow. =(
In any case, under the watchful gaze of Greatmother Gehya, Cadistra acsended to the next level of strength, power and learning. Hooray! I was eager to start my epic flight form quest, but those cheap-ass Druids won’t let me start until I cough up the five grand. A-holes. >:(
Also, I’m a weenie, and was so distracted with the quest starting that I forgot to take a screencap until the very end. *facepalm* Way to preserve the happy memory, Kelly. >_< lol…
In other news – “Here’s something you can really sink your teeth into!” (ten points to who can tell me where that’s from) – Brajana of Mend Pet is holding a wonderful contest/charity drive! It’s called “Need More Stable Slots!”, and in honor of her 250th post, is hosting a charity drive for the SPCA International. Swing by, donate, and spread the word – any linkbacks you give her will enter you in for the chance to win some sweet prizes! As a Druid, I wholly support this. Best of luck, Brajana!
(Secret End-note: Once I goad my coder into actually finishing it, World of Warcraft, Eh? will open up it’s very first store! The first run of prints will be the first things for sale…after that? Well, let’s say I have some more ideas… >;3 )
