World of Warcraft, Eh?

Wow, I’m so sorry…I should say this updates ‘around Monday’…it’ll make my life easier. Not to mention I’m still figuring out what style I want to do this in…this time it was a Photoshop quickie. Dunno what I’ll do this time. =P
So…in WoW news, the zombie invasion is finally over! I’m sorry…I hate to be a bitch about it, but like…it was fun for the first few days, I’ll admit. I mean, come on – ZOMBIES. But then, as the incubation time went down (lowest was one minute), and EVERYONE was infected, and all the vermin infesting the cities, and the Argent Dawn healers all gone….what were they all doing? Washing their hair? God damnit! lol…
It became irritating when I couldn’t even log on for about five minutes to see how my AH stuff was doing without outrunning/running back to my corpse after being infected. I seriously just blew myself up to get it over with. =P
So Blizzard…lots of fun, really. I mean, how often do we get to do a world event? Until I can do the Gates of Ahn’Qiraj or something cool like that, well, I think we should take them with wide open arms. Not like those poor guys don’t have enough to deal with. But in the end…for people like me, who don’t live and breath PvP, got old fast.
In other sad news…
I’m sure any WoW fan (or at least staunch readers of the WoW Insider), you’ll have heard the story of Erza Chatterton, aka EPhoenix. He was a little boy who, through the Make-A-Wish foundation, was able to create a mount, a weapon, and a quest-giving NPC to the world. Sadly, he passed away from cancer on October 20, 2008. The outpouring of support from the WoW community was really beautiful. Let’s keep up the great attitude, guys. =) Here’s a quick sketch I did in memorium. To anyone who’s wondering, the NPC he made was Ahab Wheathoof, the Old Rancher in Mulgore. Any Hordies wishing to pay their respects…head over to Bloodhoof Village and help him find his dog, Kyle.
Rest in peace, Erza. May all your hits be crits and your loot epic up above.

Ack…so…another late comic. =( I’m going to end up updating like Scott Ramsomir (VG Cats). =P
I do apologize..the comic is halfway coloured, but it’s late, and I have to get up early for work tomorrow. Tomorrow night I’m going to a presentation by Richard Williams…!..Then Tuesday night I have hip hop.
Don’t worry! I don’t want late updating to become a normal thing! I’m just a very busy young woman with a full time job! =( Not to mention that…well..playing the actual game does take up time too.
BUT – fear not everyone…the comic will be up soon. Very, very soon. *sigh*

So….yeah. The Harper government won. What a surprise. Good thing they didn’t get a majority government; I was worried about that. Honestly though, a really disappointing election through and through. I nearly choked on my tea when I saw that the Bloc Quebecois had eleven more seats than the NDP!! What is wrong with you people?! Ack! And yikes…baaaaad day to be a Liberal. So I hear that Stephan Dion is up for a leadership review in May…it’d be interesting to see if another Trudeau can get into the House of Commons. Good times, noodle salad.
Well, I’m also not totally ignorant…the election that everyone has their eyes on is about a month away. Coincidentally, so is Wrath of the Lich King!
Speaking of…! Everyone downloaded patch 3.0.2., aka ‘Echoes of Doom?’ This was the whopper before LK…lots of great stuff to check out. I logged on for about half an hour, and already had…what, like fifteen achievements done? And that was for sitting on my big tauren ass! Imagine if I actually used some effort…! That, and if I didn’t suck so much at PvP. v__v
Also, be sure to stop off at either Ogrimmar or Undercity for….

It was the cutest thing ever! I imagine the variations are different for each race (duh), but when I created Cadistra, I didn’t notice that she had these HIDEOUS cow pigtails…when I first read about the barbershop on www.wowinsider.com, I was estatic! Now she has the actual hairstyle I draw her! Wewt!
Now, if the picture doesn’t show up, that’s because I can’t figure out how to properly post pictures. Boo-urns. Let’s try this.
